I don’t believe CAFM is about software. It’s about trust. When leaders trust their workplace information, they make better decisions. When they don’t, every conversation becomes a debate about the data instead of the business. Helping organizations build that trust is what CAFM Advisors is all about.

Trust the Data. Transform the Workplace.

I’ve spent more than three decades helping organizations understand one of their most valuable—and often overlooked—assets: workplace information.

My career began on construction sites with a tape measure and a level, installing office systems. That hands-on experience led me into space planning, CAD, workplace technology, and ultimately enterprise CAFM and IWMS strategy. Working from the ground up taught me something that has shaped my entire career: the best solutions aren’t created in software alone—they’re built on an understanding of how buildings, people, and processes work together.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of supporting some of the world’s largest corporate real estate portfolios, leading global teams responsible for space planning, CAD, occupancy management, workplace data, and CAFM operations across hundreds of buildings and millions of square feet. Along the way I’ve developed CAD standards, strengthened data governance, guided technology initiatives, and helped organizations improve the quality and reliability of the information they depend upon every day.

What I’ve learned is that the biggest workplace challenges are rarely technology problems.

They’re problems of communication, process, and alignment.

That’s the philosophy behind CAFM Advisors.

I work with organizations to align business objectives, operational processes, and technology, creating trusted workplace information that supports confident decision-making. My approach is vendor-neutral, standards-driven, and focused on building sustainable systems rather than temporary fixes. Whether I’m advising executives, mentoring teams, improving CAD standards, or strengthening workplace data, I’m ultimately trying to answer the same question:

How can we make this simpler, clearer, and more trustworthy?

Because reliable information isn’t simply an operational necessity—it’s a strategic advantage.
